How to use the cable warning tape below

1、檢查是否預(yù)留出了信號(hào)接入點(diǎn)，安裝方式是否正確。

1. Check whether the signal access point is reserved and whether the installation method is correct.

2、檢查警示帶中的導(dǎo)電金屬絲是不是可以加載探測(cè)信號(hào)，有沒(méi)有信號(hào)泄漏的情況出現(xiàn)，以及是否設(shè)置了足夠的信號(hào)檢測(cè)井；

2. Check whether the conductive metal wire in the warning tape can load the detection signal, whether there is signal leakage, and whether sufficient signal detection wells are set;

3、示蹤警示帶安裝好了之后，始端和末端是不是與地面隔離，信號(hào)檢測(cè)井內(nèi)的警示帶是否進(jìn)行了固定處理；

3. After the tracer warning tape is installed, whether the beginning and end are isolated from the ground, and whether the warning tape in the signal detection well is fixed;

4、可探測(cè)警示帶中的導(dǎo)電金屬絲的直徑是不是滿(mǎn)足應(yīng)用要求，金屬絲直徑太小容易被拉斷， 直徑太大則會(huì)導(dǎo)致探測(cè)信號(hào)誤差增大， 應(yīng)該選取綜合效果的直徑。探測(cè)信號(hào)容易出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題是信號(hào)連續(xù)性易受影響。

4. Whether the diameter of the conductive metal wire in the warning tape can meet the application requirements can be detected. If the diameter of the metal wire is too small, it is easy to be broken. If the diameter is too large, the detection signal error will increase. Therefore, the diameter with comprehensive effect should be selected. The main problem of detection signal is that the signal continuity is easily affected.

原因有多種：

There are many reasons:

①可能在施工過(guò)程中操作失誤導(dǎo)致了警示帶內(nèi)部的導(dǎo)線(xiàn)斷裂，造成了檢測(cè)短路

① It is possible that the misoperation during the construction led to the breakage of the wire inside the warning tape, resulting in the detection short circuit

② 警示帶的絕緣以及防水處理不夠過(guò)關(guān)，導(dǎo)致電線(xiàn)受潮影響探測(cè)

② The insulation and waterproof treatment of the warning tape are not qualified enough, causing the wire to be affected by moisture and affecting the detection

③ 導(dǎo)電金屬絲的直徑過(guò)大，造成電阻增大，信號(hào)衰減增大，影響探測(cè)的效果。

③ The diameter of the conductive wire is too large, resulting in the increase of resistance and signal attenuation, which affects the detection effect.
